Position Overview

Calian is seeking a Training Support Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to CFRG HQ. The successful candidate will coordinate training activities, maintain records and systems, track requirements, and liaise with internal staff and external headquarters. This role supports planning, scheduling, and reporting, ensuring leadership has the information needed to maintain training readiness and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Training Coordination: Support the effective planning and execution of training activities, ensuring requirements are identified, scheduled, and accurately maintained in accordance with CFRG HQ priorities.
  • Record & Data Management: Maintain accurate training records and databases, ensuring course information, qualifications, and tasking details are updated, verified, and readily available for operational needs.
  • Liaison & Communication: Coordinate with internal staff and external headquarters to confirm training requirements, relay key information, and ensure a shared, accurate understanding of timelines and expectations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide reliable administrative assistance for training activities, including documentation, data entry, and maintaining organized and compliant training files.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track training progress and upcoming requirements, providing timely updates and summaries to leadership to support planning, readiness, and decision-making.
  • Professional Development: Complete required online learning to remain current with applicable processes, systems, and administrative standards.
  • Facilities coordination, collecting requests and booking facilities.
  • Rations and quarters requests IAW student course loading messages, including changing or cancelling requirements as required.
  • Providing or removing access to systems like Monitor Mass, PDTMS, SharePoint, and Outlook distribution lists.
  • Coordinating general administrative support to ensure training activities run smoothly and all requirements are met.
Qualifications
  • The candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience providing administrative support within the last five (5) years.
  • They should demonstrate strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and training requirements.
  • The candidate must be competent in data management and reporting, with attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining training records and systems.
  • They must also be able to liaise effectively, provide administrative support, and assist leadership in monitoring and tracking training progress.
Additional Requirements
  • You will be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the Reliability level.
