  • Teach a variety of cuisines, techniques, and industry-relevant skills.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and nutrition standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback and personalised learner support.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve curriculum delivery.
What you’ll bring
  • A relevant culinary qualification (Diploma or Degree in Cookery).
  • Professional experience in a commercial kitchen.
  • Teaching / training qualifications (e.g. Certificate in Adult Education) – desirable but not essential.
  • Strong culinary knowledge across techniques, menu planning, and food safety.
  • Excellent communication and demonstration skills.
  • A passion for mentoring and helping learners reach their potential.
