Job summary

A community-focused organization in Quebec is seeking an experienced Training Centre Supervisor to oversee operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and market training programs. Qualifications

• Two years of work experience in a related field preferred.
• WHMIS and First Aid Certifications are required.
• Must possess a valid Ontario Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the Training Centre and its employees.
• Ensure programs comply with relevant regulations.
• Market training programs to ensure full class sizes.
• Negotiate and implement training programs.
• Provide reports to the Chief and Council.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Extensive knowledge of economic development issues

Excellent with computer software programs

Ability to effectively disseminate information

Education

Post-secondary diploma/certificate
