Scope of Work
- Sorting, testing, and inventory of exhibit assets.
- Assist with testing, updating as required and inventory of electronic devices.
- Assist with exhibiting print production and fabrication.
- Performs general warehouse duties.
Tasks
- Sort and separate exhibit structures, counters and TVs from usable/serviceable and damaged.
- Inventory taken of exhibit structures, assets and tool supplies.
- Testing and inventory of electronic assets such as PCs, Wi Fi Routers, TVs and other digital devices.
- Assist in setting up/tearing down of exhibit for dry-fit and testing.
- General cleaning and straighten up the workshop and prep the exhibit space.
- Assist with print production, cut, and assemble of rollup banners, Nomadic backdrops and grommets of hanging banners.
Constraints
- Working in a warehouse environment, standing long period of time, with some heavy lifting.

The proposed resource must clearly demonstrate a minimum of six (6) months of relevant and recent experience (within the last two (2) years) performing warehousing or material handling duties. The experience must include all of the following:
- Operating forklifts, pallet trucks, and other material-handling equipment.
- Conducting inventory counts and maintaining inventory records.
- Applying standard warehousing procedures (e.g., receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials).
- Using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively, including adherence to safety procedures.
- Communicating effectively in a warehouse or operational environment.
To be deemed responsive, the Bidder must provide:
- At least one (1) detailed project or work description demonstrating the required experience within the specified timeframe.
- A description of the resource’s duties, clearly indicating how each of the above bullet points was performed.
- Dates, duration, and organization where the experience was obtained.
