Trade Helper (Maintenance Cleaner), Belledune, New Brunswick

Interfor Belledune NB is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Trade Helper (Maintenance Cleaner).

What You'll Do
  • Assist maintenance trade employees in their respective tasks.
  • Cleaning in and around machines between production shifts in Sawmill and Planer
  • Assist operational cleaners with housekeeping during production
  • Work independently and as part of a team within the department and with other departments.
  • Other tasks assigned
What You Offer
  • Ideally 2 years’ experience in a sawmill/industrial environment.
  • Sound understanding of safe work practices and safety regulations.
  • Must be mechanically inclined.
  • Physical ability to perform duties, climb stairs, and lift +/- 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding production environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to take initiative.

  • Work schedule: Thursday to Monday morning from 6:30pm to 7am
