Role Overview

We’re seeking a Top-Tier E-Commerce Supply Chain Specialist based in Latin America to help strengthen our operations team. You’ll take ownership of inventory, logistics, and fulfillment processes across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shops—ensuring smooth operations and helping our brands grow across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee inventory across multiple platforms to keep products in stock.
  • Update dashboards and reports for clear, real-time visibility.
  • Work closely with suppliers and 3PL warehouses to manage orders and restocks.
  • Support procurement aligned with demand forecasts.
  • Track shipments and quickly solve logistics issues.
  • Deliver weekly reports on inventory performance.
  • Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency.
Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or eCommerce support.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or TikTok Shops.
  • Familiarity with order management tools or ERP systems.
  • Understanding of e-commerce logistics and fulfillment.
