Future Opening: Tile and Brick Mason for Swimming Pools

ASP – America’s Swimming Pool Company is a premier swimming pool service company with over 15 years of experience. We pride ourselves on providing resort‑quality service and treating customers with utmost respect.

We are seeking a solution‑oriented and customer‑focused Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for excellent on‑site pool cleaning and maintenance services, following proven methods, handling chemicals safely, and sharing lessons learned.

The ideal candidate loves working outdoors, is a self‑starter who can work independently with minimal oversight, and embraces resort‑quality service.

Responsibilities

Success in this position will be determined by the following measurable results:

-Remove/Replace pool tile, coping, concrete, general masonry.

  • Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week.
  • Manage the stocking of chemicals in the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week.
  • Utilize a smartphone for our Pool Ops mobile platform.
  • Spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office.

Requirements

Requirements for this position are that you have:

  1. a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
  2. no felony convictions (must pass a criminal background check); and
  3. the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

a high school degree and Certified Pool Operator License is preferred.

A company truck will be provided and you will keep it fully stocked with tools and chemicals. You will receive paid vacation time following a qualifying period.
