Key Responsibilities

Were on the lookout for a Third Party Risk Manager. As a Third Party Risk Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our third-party risk management framework. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Conducting risk assessments and due diligence on vendors and partners.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Collaborating with procurement, legal, and IT teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Monitoring vendor performance and risk exposure throughout the lifecycle.
  • Reporting on third-party risk metrics to senior leadership.
  • Managing remediation plans and escalation processes for high-risk vendors.

This role is a full-time remote position. Occasional travel may be required for vendor audits or team collaboration.

Skills, knowledge & expertise
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or vendor oversight.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Proficiency in risk management platforms and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through the preparation of reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Customer service orientation, with a track record of resolving client issues efficiently and effectively.
