Position: Territory Manager - SK

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and align our solutions to exceed their expectations.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients. Clearly articulate our value proposition and keep clients informed on project timelines, deliverables, and any relevant updates.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM is a plus.
