A leading engineering firm in Quebec seeks a Tender Manager to oversee the tender management process, ensuring timely and professional bid submissions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of tender management experience in the electrical sector, a university degree in engineering, and must be bilingual in English and French. Responsibilities include managing proposal documents, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with various stakeholders. This role offers a hybrid work model and promotes diversity and inclusion.
As the Tender Manager you will be supporting all activities around the tender management process and putting together bid packages in a timely and professional manner in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (i.e. participating business units of the company, vendors, integrators, etc.). You will be responsible for driving internal risk assessment and bid approval processes in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
