Job summary

A real estate management company located in Winnipeg is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator to support the property management team. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service to tenants in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing tenant inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with administrative tasks related to property management. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating lasting relationships with tenants.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, ideally in real estate, hotel, or retail.
  • Desired administrative experience.
  • Experience in property management is an asset.
  • Must be autonomous with a high degree of initiative and professionalism.
  • Must be able to work in different buildings.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls and inquiries, providing professional service.
  • Maintain positive tenant relations by resolving complaints.
  • Build relationships with key contacts to ensure satisfactory service.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to tenant management.
  • Assist in the coordination of tenant appreciation events.
