A regional educational institution in Kitchener is seeking a Temporary Mechanical/Electrical Foreperson to oversee renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical and electrical building operations, strong project management skills, and a minimum of 5 years' experience. This full-time position offers a salary range of $75,833 to $92,165 per annum, with work expected until August 31, 2026, possibly extendable.

The Waterloo Region District School Board is seeking a qualified, experienced and energetic individual to co-ordinate mechanical and electrical renovations. Reporting to the Manager of Mechanical, Electrical and Environmental Services, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with all phases of mechanical/electrical alterations, upgrades and retrofit projects from design through to occupancy and warranty stages.
The successful applicant for this Temporary ESS/OSSTF Level G position will work 40 hours per week, 12 months per year, effective as soon as possible to August 31, 2026 (with the possibility of extension).
Salary Range $75,833 - $92,165 per annum
