Bateaux Legend recrute ! Nous offrons deux postes saisonniers à temps plein de technicien marin à des personnes motivées, dotées d'un bon sens de la mécanique et possédant une expérience pratique de l'utilisation d'outils électriques et manuels. Legend Boats is hiring! We have two full-time, seasonal Marine Technician positions available for motivated, mechanically inclined individuals with hands-on experience using power and hand tools. These seasonal positions typically run from March to December. Join our team in Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac, Quebec!

Rémunération / Compensation

À partir de 22 $ à 27 $ l’heure, selon l’expérience. Admissible aux assurances collectives, aux régimes de soins de santé et dentaires, et à un régime de retraite avec cotisation de contrepartie de l’entreprise après 6 mois d’emploi

Starting at $22 - $27 per hour, based on experience. Eligible for group insurances, health and dental benefits, and a pension plan with company-matching after 6 months of continuous employment.

• Une capacité physique à effectuer des travaux manuels, notamment soulever, se pencher et tendre des bras.
• Une aisance à travailler debout la majeure partie de la journée.

• A strong work ethic, able to work as part of a team to achieve quality and production goals.
• Experience with basic hand and power tools and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to read and understand production documents and safety information.
• Motivated and self-starter who genuinely enjoys hands-on work.
• Dedicated to safety.
• Physically capable of manual labor, including lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Comfortable standing most of the day.

What will you be doing? / Quelles seront vos missions ?

• Build side consoles, full windshield boats, deck boats, pontoons, and trailers for wholesale
• Standard rig all models for Legend Factory Stores
• Retail rig for Legend Factory Stores as scheduled, typically April through August of each year
• Perform hull repairs as requested
• Make repairs/adjustments as needed prior to delivery
• Identify and perform warranty work from the factory
• Understand managers instructions and customer expectations
• Maintain a high level of quality
• Work safely and keep area clean, leading by example
• Help setup and teardown of boat shows locally and within the designated travel area as needed
• Work with retail and service departments to meet and achieve goals
• Perform seasonal services and shrink wrapping
• Perform winterizations
• Assist in performing hull swaps as required to keep the flow of work through the shop running efficiently
