Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and writing various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, manuals, references, or instructions. This candidate should have strong communication skills which enable them to explain complicated concepts in a simple manner. This individual will also meet with customer representatives frequently in order to understand required content.

Responsibilities
  • Developing training materials for adult learners
  • Delivering similar technical writing outputs described in the description of services, specifically application discovery playbooks, and disaster recovery strategies
  • Using Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Visio at a high proficiency level
  • Jira and Confluence
  • Applying system design principles in the context of technical writing
  • Documenting technological solutions to support business processes
  • Creating and documenting system documents such as process diagrams
  • Documenting business applications in a corporate environment
  • Business and systems analysis and Project management
