A leading medical technology company in Mississauga is looking for a technician to support depot-based hardware upgrades for medical devices. The role involves cleaning, inspection, and testing of devices, requiring a Technician Diploma and experience with mechanical devices. Attention to detail is crucial, along with good communication skills. This is a 12-month contract position with opportunities for permanency.

This position will be supporting a project to execute depot-based hardware upgrades to client’s medical devices. It is possible that some upgrade work onsite in the field (at sites across Canada) may be required. Duties will include equipment cleaning/decontamination, inspection, upgrade, preventative maintenance, testing and record-keeping as appropriate. You are able to work in a fast-paced team environment, meet timeline and production commitments and produce quality results. This is a 12-month contract position though it may lead to opportunities for a permanent position.
