As a Field Service Representative, you’ll be the face of Stryker’s commitment to excellence, solving complex technical challenges and delivering exceptional service that directly impacts patient outcomes.

What You Will Do
  • Deliver timely and effective service, repairs, and maintenance for Stryker equipment across customer sites
  • Perform installations, upgrades, field actions, preventative maintenance, and warranty services to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Support post-sale training by educating customers on equipment operation and maintenance
  • Identify and communicate opportunities to expand service offerings and support sales growth
  • Maintain accurate inventory of equipment, tools, and service parts; conduct regular cycle counts and ensure tool calibration
  • Complete all administrative tasks including service documentation, repair orders, and part requisitions with precision and timeliness
  • Adhere to account protocols and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
  • Travel extensively within British Columbia, including up to 30% out-of-province travel
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
  • Post-secondary diploma required
  • Minimum 2 years of related technical experience in a field service role
  • Technical training in mechanical, electronics, or electrical disciplines
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Eligibility to work in healthcare environments and travel to the USA
  • Valid driver’s license with outstanding driving record
  • Must reside within 50 km of a metropolitan city in British Columbia

  • Bilingual in French and English
