About the Role

Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate engineering student with a passion for electrifying different industries and businesses to assume the role of Technical Sales Fellow. This role combines technical knowledge with a sales-focused mindset to support initiatives that drive business impact and accelerate the adoption of innovative energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sales process optimization and ensure CRM data quality and effectiveness.
  • Support sales enablement initiatives to maximize business impact.
  • Create technical products training and sales material in an easy to digest format to support enablement initiatives and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research and contribute to segment strategy analysis.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement processes and programs within the sales discipline.
  • Leverage technical knowledge in engineering to engage with contractors and customers to build relationships and identify opportunities using Schneider Electric’s digital tools.
  • Promote Schneider Electric’s portfolio and coordinate with sales teams when needed.
  • Provide analytical support to improve operational and business strategies
