About The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager for Supply Chain EDI & API Integrations to join our Product Management team. Reporting to the Director, Product, you’ll be owning MealSuite’s integrations with distributors and procurement systems.

What You’ll Do

• Own roadmap and execution for all supply chain
• Partner with engineering to design scalable ingestion, validation, and mapping pipelines
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure interoperability and data accuracy
• Define functional and technical requirements for integrations and system improvements
• Monitor integration performance, error handling workflows, and uptime SLAs
• Lead initiatives to expand vendor network, automation, and procurement intelligence

What You Bring

• 4‑8 years technical product management experience
• A strong educational background in Computer Science or Business Administration is valued, but we also recognize that talent comes from many paths. If you have a strong background in product management, we want to hear from you
• Expertise with supply chain systems, procurement workflows, API or EDI standards.
• Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with engineering, design, product, and customer‑facing team
• Knowledge of product lifecycle, design thinking, and roadmapping/prioritization tools (e.g., value vs. effort, this‑or‑that analysis).
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required)

Compensation

$80,000‑$120,000 USD per year; $85,000‑$125,000 CAD per year
