Role

Technical Product Manager to lead customer-facing product development, drive the product lifecycle, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer success. Focus / Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve the product roadmap aligned with both business strategy and user feedback.
  • Lead customer discovery initiatives by conducting interviews, shadowing workflows, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, customer success) to translate market needs into clear product specs and user stories.
  • Own sprint planning, feature prioritization, and delivery timelines—balancing new feature development, infrastructure, and customer-driven initiatives.
  • Participate in QA and release management to ensure quality rollouts with minimal disruption.
  • Continuously analyze usage data and feedback to refine features and iterate quickly.
  • Support enterprise client engagements, providing technical context and strategic alignment in customer conversations.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between stakeholders and engineers, leveraging knowledge of APIs, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
Skill Set
  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform-based businesses.
  • Strong grasp of modern product management practices, particularly in agile environments.
  • Background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field (formal or equivalent experience).
  • Proven ability to identify problems, define solutions, and validate assumptions.
  • Experience leading QA efforts and collaborating with customer success teams for successful product releases.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements (startup or scale-up experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, PowerBI.
