TECHNICAL OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Base (80k)+ Commission

Synergie is currently seeking an Outside Sales Rep for our Quebec based client. The successful applicant will have a background in technical sales, projects and the ability to take their customers from inception to installation.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain high level of service and customer satisfaction
  • Identify customer needs and work closely with engineering or inside sales to offer the correct technical solution
  • Participate in the RFQ process, provide accurate and rigorous quotes, negotiate contract terms while maintaining margins, participate in visits all in coordination with the rest of the team remotely and our sub-contractors
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful execution of client projects, from design to installation
  • Be present on site during critical moments of the installation process
  • Promote exclusive product lines
  • Participate in product demonstrations and offer technical advice
  • Provide regular after-sales follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, relevant and equivalent diploma or experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical sales of Mill & Crane Products
  • Experience in the sale of products/services related to the lifting equipment and accessories market, an important asset
  • Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
