Our Fiber & Drying Line Services division is seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative in Lachine, QC.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with suppliers to obtain quotations
  • Prepare and supply quotations for customers and sales staff
  • Review customer orders for completeness, terms, conditions, and scope
  • Enter orders in SAP
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Sales for timely processing and delivery
  • Work with Traffic Coordinator to ensure shipping accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Coordinate with Accounting to invoice orders
  • Develop and maintain records and reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Work is primarily office-based and involves sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs. The role requires visual acuity, manual dexterity, good coordination, ability to work extended hours when needed, and maintaining safety and efficiency at all times.

Candidate requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a mechanical/engineering environment or business background
  • Proficiency with PC, including Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
  • Must meet ANDRITZ's quality standards
  • Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
  • Ability to learn and retain multiple skills and tasks
