In the role of Technical Brewer working in Creemore Springs Brewery in Creemore, Ontario you will be part of the Brewing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and efficiency of all brewing processes. This position combines technical brewing expertise with strong leadership, process management, and biochemical/mechanical problem‑solving skills. The Technical Brewer safeguards produce integrity, support continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Excellence in this role allows the brewing team to meet its continuous improvement goals and sets the entire production team up for success.
This position reports to Unit Manager‑Brewing.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $68,900.00 – $90,400.00 (posting salary range) + 11% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
