Oxford is seeking a Technical Analyst to join our Valuations & Analytics team in Toronto, Canada. Oxford’s Valuations & Analytics team is responsible for real estate valuations, portfolio and property performance and risk analysis across all markets that Oxford invests. The ideal candidate will combine solid technical skills with a desire to learn real estate finance as an integral part of the Valuations & Analytics team. The candidate for this position will be exposed to the valuation and asset management analytics of investment properties across Oxford’s global portfolio.
This posting is for an existing vacancy. The expected salary range for this position is $72,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year.
