We are recruiting for PART-TIME and FULL-TIME Team Leaders to join our team!

Location : 311 - 55 Sage Creek Blvd, Winnipeg, MB

THIS LOCATION IS SCHEDULED TO OPEN END OF AUGUST 2025. Employment would begin ASAP.

Firehouse Subs is a brand founded by two firefighters in 1994, and now has over 1,200 locations in the US and Canada. Our sandwiches are unique because we slice our meats fresh in-house daily, and our steaming process awakens the flavours of our premium meats and cheeses. What you'll do :

• You're a people person who cares about your Team Members as people and individuals
• You'll have the responsibility to running and managing the shift
• You greet and welcome guests with your warm, friendly nature ... you have a high level focus on hospitality
• Prepare and serve hearty and flavourful subs
• You're the role model for great behaviour and following standards
• You sweat the small stuff, show care for the restaurant, and treat it like its your own
• You make the tough calls... they won't always be the right ones but you'll learn from each and every one.
• You promote the goals and targets of the restaurant, whether its speed of service, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, or upselling.

Accurately and with attention to detail - no one wants a sloppy or inaccurate sub!

Salary :

17.00 / hr base wage

Shift Types :

Days (between 8 : 00am-6 : 00pm)

Afternoons (between 12 : 00pm-11 : 00pm)

Job Requirements :

1 year of Hospitality Experience

Availability to work both days and afternoons preferred

Strong work ethic with the curiosity to learn, grow and ask questions

Experience leading a team is considered an asset
