WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ years of retail apparel experience; luxury retail is a plus
• Proven leadership skills in sales teams
• Experience with POS, banking procedures, and reporting
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and collaborative
• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

THE IMPACT YOU’LL HAVE

• Build brand loyalty through product knowledge and customer service
• Partner with management to optimize store results
• Contribute ideas to improve store operations
• Assist with onboarding and training new associates
• Coach team members on customer service
• Resolve customer issues effectively
• Delegate tasks to maximize efficiency

• Ensure scheduled breaks and open communication
• Follow all policies and procedures
• Perform opening / closing and inventory duties

Base pay ranges from $17.45 to $22.68 / hour, depending on location and experience.
