About the Team & Business Line :

Fund Administration is Citco\'s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry\'s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

Your Role :
  • Maintain AEOI data on entities within the client corporate structure.
  • Manage daily operations for account holder documentation processes
  • Support AEOI tax information analyses and preparation of XML format submission files
  • Manage expectations and ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner; provide excellent service to clients
  • Maintain and improve knowledge of the Automatic Exchange of information regulatory and compliance within a highly specialized environment
  • Communicate daily with remote teams; preparing and providing progress and status updates and escalating items as required
  • Local AEOI portal registration / de-registration, communication and trouble shooting
  • Research, analyze and provide recommendations for process improvements to increase operational efficiencies
About You :
  • Qualified degree (preferably in a discipline relevant to Financial Services).
  • 4+ years\' experience in Financial Services, any exposure to FATCA & CRS regulations whilst an asset, is not a requirement
  • Experience with Citco core systems, across Hedge, Private Equity and Real Assets, Corporate Services, Fund accounting and / or Investor relations platforms, is an advantage
