What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Define and drive the Talent Development Roadmap for Onboarding and Manager/Leader Development programs
  • Lead programs from inception to scale, maintaining existing programs while optimizing them for global regions
  • Design and partner to create just‑in‑time experiences tailored to user personas
  • Apply a data‑driven product mindset to evaluate program effectiveness and drive adoption
  • Serve as the central Project Manager for programs, managing communications and change management efforts
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven ability to build programs from the ground up, delivering end‑to‑end programs from inception to launch and scale
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution
  • Depth of problem‑solving skills with a focus on designing scalable solutions
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate program effectiveness
  • Proven success in aligning diverse stakeholders through clear communication and trust
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed environment
  • Prior experience within a Talent Management, L&D, or People Operations function
  • Familiarity with modern HR or L&D technology platforms
  • Live and/or virtual facilitation experience leading learning and development programs
