Overview

Our client is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment efforts and shape their organization’s future by attracting and hiring top talent.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for salaried, hourly, and student roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and assessments. Utilize innovative sourcing strategies (social media, community marketing, partnerships) and maintain an applicant tracking system (preferably Oracle Recruiting Cloud).
  • Student Recruitment: Collaborate with post-secondary institutions for co-op, summer, and intern roles. Develop onboarding plans and assess students for permanent roles.
  • Immigration Recruitment: Attract international candidates, ensure compliance with immigration laws, and support visa/work permit processes in collaboration with the JDI Immigration Center of Excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Optimize recruitment processes, analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports.
  • Collaboration & Events: Work with hiring managers and HR to align with hiring forecasts, organize career fairs, and execute large-scale hiring events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
  • Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation is an asset.
  • 2-5 years of high-volume recruitment experience or complex project management.
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Oracle Recruiting Cloud), Microsoft Office, and HR software.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
