The Sustainability Analyst works with the Business Analyst - Sustainability to ensure that defined processes and tools are used to provide impeccable service to the Social sustainability organization to execute the HR Due Diligence process. Key components include working in a fast paced, small team with opportunities to drive automation and process efficiency with guidance from the Sustainability Specialist/ Lead.

This position is accountable for:

  • Coordinating with HRDD team for supplier prioritization and annual targets
  • Periodic reporting for the process metrics
  • Leading and driving projects or other ad-hoc testing activities if required
  • Analyzing and reporting exceptions and, if relevant, offering recommendations for improvements on process
  • Leading and driving the sustainable continuous improvement process
  • Following escalation channel in case of non-compliance or no response

Compliance, Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external regulations e.g. SOPs, HRDD policy etc.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Periodically extract data from multiple sources such as SEDEX, MAIA+, Supplier Central, etc., to identify and prioritize new supplier onboarding requirements
  • Execute the process flow for new supplier onboarding
  • Communication with external suppliers to resolve issues or clarify process
  • Testing of technical release changes
  • Support and consult with HRDD team and buyers to quickly resolve any no response scenarios from suppliers
