Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en restauration de type Sushi/Ramen.

Job Description :

Edmonton’s premier family-owned Japanese sushi & ramen restaurant, serving authentic Japanese cuisine for 45 years in multiple outlets throughout Edmonton, is searching for top caliber Sushi / Ramen Chef to serve in one of their award-winning, high volume locations. This privately-owned company showcases classic Japanese cuisine with a modern twist, using only the finest, freshest ingredients. With ramen and other Japanese cuisine, this growing and expanding concept is bringing a whole new culinary experience to Edmonton that is approachable and delicious!

If the candidate is a temporary foreign worker, we will provide hiring documents that will assist with permanent residency support. Full relocation assistance will be considered for the ideal candidate.

Requirements :

  • 3 years of high volume, casual theme or above Sushi / Ramen restaurant experience
  • Experience in Japanese cuisine (sushi & ramen) and creating new menu items
  • Team player – must lead by example
  • Basic understanding of industry financials (building sales, product costs, labor management, etc.)
  • Excellent people and communication skills

Salary Range & Benefits :

  • Starting salary range is $35,000 to $46,000 (Canadian $) based on experience
  • Medical and Dental Insurance Coverage
  • Monthly Bonus Program – $300 to $500 (Canadian $) monthly
  • Annual Performance / Salary Review up to 10%
