Who We Are Looking For
Accreditation Canada is seeking those with lived experience as a patient or caregiver residing permanently in Canada and outside of Ontario to join our team of over 500 surveyors. This role is ideal for those with experience as a Patient Partner/advisor on service design or quality improvement initiatives. We invite applicants with experience in one or multiple of the following sectors: Acute Care, Health Systems, Long Term Care to apply.
Your Impact
As a patient surveyor, you will:
Key Details
Location: Canada
Time Commitment: Minimum of two surveys per year (approximately 10 days).
Support: Receive initial training, ongoing professional development, a modest honorarium, and full travel reimbursement as per expense policy. Earn continuing education credits from the First Nations Health Managers Association (FNHMA), Canadian College of Health Leaders (CCHL), Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC), and the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
