Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education focusing on Social Services or Developmental Services is required.
• Additional 1 year of related work experience if education is in non-related field.
• Successful completion of internal legislated and mandated training required.

Responsibilities

• Identifying program needs and assisting with life plans.
• Providing case management, personal care, and crisis response.
• Delivering life skills training and emotional support.
• Maintaining documentation and monitoring finances.
• Directing part-time staff as required.
