A leading grocery retail company is seeking a part-time Support Pharmacist in Sault Ste. Marie to provide patient care and supervise pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate holds a B.Sc. in Pharmacy and is a registered pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists. As a Support Pharmacist, you will receive direction from the Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacy Operations Manager and provide direction to Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacist Assistants, and Pharmacy Clerks. You will interact with internal contacts, including Pharmacy Operations, Pharmacy Services, Pharmacy Merchandising, Inventory Control and Audit, Store Services, McMahon, and Metro IT. Additionally, you will engage with external contacts, such as direct pharmacy vendors: McMahon and Kroll Canada.
The responsibilities and relationships assigned to this role may change as is necessary to achieve Metro's business objectives.
