A leading food and beverage company in North York is seeking a Supply Planner to manage supply chain processes, prepare supply and deployment plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal inventory levels. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in supply planning or logistics. This role provides a hybrid work environment and an annual salary between $75,000 and $85,000.

Objective is to generate net requirements to plants and vendors, to prepare the supply plan, to generate the deployment plan in weekly/monthly buckets and the replenishment of R&P materials, to meet the customer demand. In doing this, the Supply Planner considers network complexity, inventory targets, and all supply constraints. When necessary, the Supply Planner generates supply scenarios, evaluating their feasibility, risks, and opportunities. This position is an existing vacancy.
Role is to generate net requirements to plants and vendors, to prepare the supply plan, to generate the deployment plan in weekly/monthly in response to demand plan. Supply Plan to drive efficiency of quantity to ensure Service and inventory freshness KPIs. The Supply Planner will be accountable for the E2E Planning process in the SNP Network, with best-in-Class planning parameters to ensure flawless execution (KPI's, IMS, Inventory parameters). Analyse exceptions, to take business decisions (based on priorities or after arbitration) and to adjust planning results accordingly. Challenge manufacturing on regular basis to manage lot sizes, cycle times and R&P inventory levels, to drive optimum FG inventory level. Also, to challenge and support Demand Planner (Domestic and IMS) to improve Demand Planning Accuracy. Needs to understand ERP systems, flow of goods and knows how to work with cross-functional teams. The Supply Planner is also optimizing the shipments and ensures the service between the manufacturing
Desirable to have had experience implementing LEAN concepts and tools, along with any proven inventory optimization roles
