This role is responsible for supporting the demand planning team and delivering forecast accuracy targets through successful utilization and continuous improvement of demand planning tools, processes, and collaboration with our Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support regional and channel demand plans with the Sales and Marketing teams to have the best forecast in the system.

  • Support the Director of Demand Planning with monthly presentations to senior leadership by creating/updating graphs, tables, comments, etc.

  • Be the owner of the Actual Sales data inside the Demand Planning team and Power BI, supporting the integration of data from Finance to Supply Chain (hyperion process).

  • Be the focal point for Forecast Accuracy and Bias reports, creating and sharing the results with team and multiple stakeholders

  • Own the process of volume aggregation to support leadership in understanding the S&OP volume of the month and possible gaps.

  • Conduct in-depth gap analysis to meet forecast Bias and Forecast Accuracy (FA) targets and drive improvement to exceed these targets.

  • Building tools to improve efficiency and provide views into business planning opportunities and challenges

  • Other roles as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to problem solve, multi-task and react to changing priorities

  • Possess a “can-do” attitude and ownership for internal processes

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, tight timelines and fast paced environment

  • Ability to work remotely and autonomously

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Power Point

  • At least one year in demand planning

  • Strong knowledge of ERP tools sets (J.D. Edwards an asset)

  • Proven technical skills in Demand Planning Software (JDA an asset)

COMPENSATION:Budgeted Range – ($60,335.00-$78,081.00) the budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
