Responsibilities
Your Role:
The Supervisor in the Global VPL group is responsible for assisting the Manager in supervising the day-to-day activities of a team of analysts. The Supervisor will review the work performed by analysts to ensure that procedures are followed, service level agreements are met, and deliverables are of high quality and accuracy. Your role is key in maintaining high standards through staff training, development, and attention to detail.
Ensure timely completion of client deliverables, compliance with policies and procedures, and handle client requests and queries competently. Collaborate with other departments such as Fund Accounting, Reconciliations, Client Integration, Market Data, and Application Support. Other relevant tasks may be assigned as needed.
