A leading energy solutions provider based in Calgary is looking for a Skids/Systems Supervisor. The role involves supervising the Skids/Systems Team, ensuring quality production, and driving a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a valid Alberta Journeymen Certificate. Reporting directly to the Senior Production Supervisor, the purpose of a Skids/Systems Supervisor includes, but is not limited to, monitoring job progress and Skids/Systems Team employees as well as ensuring packages are completed to Enerflex and Customer specifications/ standards and ensuring adherence to all Enerflex’s Health and Safety policies. The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, commitment and creativity to achieve success within our organization.
Shifts: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm
The Skids/Systems Supervisor will work closely with lead hands, department supervisors and project supervisors on a day-to-day basis. Duties must be performed consistent with company Vision, Mission and Values while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Effective and consistent communication is an important requirement of this leadership role.
