Bilingual skills and a background in merchandising, marketing, and customer service are highly valued to support diverse customer needs and enhance team performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
• Lead, train, and develop retail staff to ensure high performance and professional growth
• Oversee merchandising efforts to optimize product placement and presentation
• Coordinate purchasing, pricing strategies, and inventory replenishment to maximize profitability
• Recruit new team members through effective interviewing and onboarding processes
• Develop and implement sales management plans to achieve store targets
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Conduct marketing initiatives to promote store offerings and increase foot traffic
• Monitor budget adherence, perform financial analysis, and prepare reports for management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures
