A leading media agency in Toronto is seeking a Media Planning Supervisor to develop a high-performing team and guide media planning strategies. This role involves coaching a team on campaign processes, supporting media buying, and maintaining quality standards across campaigns. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in media planning and strong leadership skills. They will also be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through effective strategy execution and preparing performance reports.

The Media Planning Supervisor is responsible for developing a high-performing team and providing guidance on client and media planning strategy. The Media Planning Supervisor will oversee the entire planning process for their dedicated client groups and collaborates with trafficking, media operations and media buying teams to achieve client goals. This role is critical in enforcing and providing input into the overall media planning direction as well as overseeing the quality standards of the team’s planning strategy and execution.
The salary range for this position is $70k-75k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
