A prominent construction company in Metro Vancouver is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee the construction process and activities. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in multi-family residential construction along with strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and conducting project meetings. A competitive annual salary of $140,000 to $185,000 is offered, along with health benefits and opportunities for professional development.
Reporting to General Superintendent the Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the overall construction process and activities within the established safety, design, budget, and scheduling guidelines. The Site Superintendent would achieve high standard of project delivery and operations excellence through planning and scheduling, organizing, trade management, directing, and controlling activities on the construction site. Depending on project & team size, the Superintendent may be responsible for more than one project within a portfolio.

Our competitive compensation package has been designed to reward our employees’ skills, competencies and performance that align with our culture. The compensation range for this role is $140,000- $185,000 annually, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
