Suite Runner

Suite Runners support the Premium Services operation by transporting food, beverages, and supplies between suite kitchens and designated suite locations. They assist Suite Attendants and Kitchen Leads by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders while maintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked service areas. Suite Runners play a key logistical role in delivering seamless event‑day service and upholding Legends’ standards for quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

The Role Duties & Responsibilities
  • Deliver hot and cold food, beverages, and supplies to suites in accordance with service timelines.
  • Support Suite Attendants with restocking and order fulfillment throughout events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of suite kitchens, pantries, and walk‑in coolers.
  • Replenish and rotate inventory in suite fridges and service areas as needed.
  • Assist with clearing plates, platters, empties, and waste from suites and return items to designated areas.
  • Handle post‑event duties including cleanup, restocking, and returning unused products.
  • Communicate effectively with Suite Attendants, Kitchen Leads, and Supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Follow all Legends and venue policies related to food handling, sanitation, and safety.
  • Perform all tasks with professionalism, attention to detail, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Knowledge, Education, & Experience
  • Smart Serve certification required.
  • Completion of or current enrolment in a high school diploma (OSSD) program.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or event operations preferred.
  • Understanding of safe food handling and storage practices.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands
  • Extensive walking and stair climbing while transporting food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Ability to lift and carry trays, bins, and equipment weighing up to 40–50 pounds.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting during delivery and cleanup activities.
  • Must work indoors and outdoors, exposed to varying temperatures and crowd conditions.
  • Requires clear vision and speech to communicate effectively and ensure safe product handling.
