Summary
We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to join our Strategy & Operations team. This role is available to candidates in either Vancouver or Toronto.
Strategy & Operations sits at the center of our business. Our team is broadly responsible for establishing our corporate strategy in partnership with the C-Suite, Product, Corporate Development and Finance, as well as scaling Clios operating rhythm as the company grows. As a Strategy & Operations Associate you will support the development of long term business strategy, build business / investment cases and support our business review rituals to measure business performance, seize opportunities and course correct as needed. You will bring an objective eye, outside thinking and a holistic company perspective to the domain experts / leaders at Clio.
You have experience working cross-functionally, enjoy a love for problem solving in collaboration with others, and possess an innate curiosity and excitement in navigating ambiguity. You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and are comfortable forming and sharing opinions but with an open mind to shift thinking as new information comes to light.
