Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Experience in the mining/natural resources industry or construction/engineering is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR contact for employees and supervisors.
  • Provide advice on HR policies and employment standards.
  • Conduct HR orientation for new hires.
  • Support leaders in goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Deliver coaching and training to supervisors.
  • Analyze trends in turnover, absenteeism, and skill gaps.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with Occupational Health to manage disability programs.
