We are seeking a seasoned client delivery leader to serve as the strategic and operational bridge between our clients and our cross-functional delivery teams. This role requires an individual with deep expertise in client relationship management, delivery oversight, commercial accountability, and team leadership for ensuring that client transformation goals are met with precision, insight, and sustained value.

What you'll do:

Delivery Oversight & Execution

Managing project plans with project manager and business analysts on regular basis to influence delivery rigor and excellence across every workstream. Your ability to connect execution to business impact will be crucial.

  • Provide strategic oversight across 3–6 complex digital workstreams (e.g., commerce, CX, personalization).
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and strategists to ensure high-performance delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement of internal delivery methodologies, playbooks, and planning tools.
  • Ensure execution readiness by aligning roadmap, delivery pods, and technical execution.

Commercial Stewardship

You will act as the commercial conscience of your account ensuring delivery is not only excellent but profitable and clearly scoped. Financial fluency and commercial maturity are key

  • Co-author statements of work (SOWs) and define scopes, assumptions, and delivery models.
  • Track and report on budgets, timelines, and KPIs across client portfolios.
  • Partner with finance, sales, and delivery operations to ensure accurate forecasting and profitability.
  • Lead contract renewal discussions by showcasing business value delivered.

  • Mentor and coach client delivery and strategy team members.
  • Identify and nurture high-potential talent within delivery pods.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and practice leaders to staff engagements with the right talent.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in client-facing roles, ideally within a digital consultancy or agency environment.
  • Proven success managing enterprise client accounts ($5M–$25M+).
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, CX, commerce, and agile delivery models.
  • Experience with cross-functional and distributed team leadership.
  • Proficient in commercial constructs: pricing, SOW creation, contract renewals.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for executive stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and enterprise PM platforms is a plus.
  • PMP, Scrum, or equivalent certifications preferred.
