• Enhance Learning and Development through the IDP process.
• Drive belonging and remove barriers for associates.
• Demonstrate Company values with feedback and coaching.
• Support change management at store level.
• Manage wage budgets through headcount management.
• Conduct workplace investigations and recommend actions.
