The Store Manager oversees all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, staffing, inventory management and customer service. The Store Manager will recruit, train, and motivate a high‑performing team, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, insisting on a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration. Successful candidates will be skilled in providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience while simultaneously driving sales.
