Are you a building materials retail leader ready to take full ownership of a store’s success? Tile Shoppe Moncton, we’re looking for a driven Store Manager who can inspire a team, deliver results, and grow strong relationships in the community. While flooring or tile experience is an asset, we also welcome candidates from broader building materials backgrounds — especially those who bring strong contractor connections and leadership skills.

The Tile Shoppe, a growing retailer with 4 successful locations, is looking for an experienced Store Manager to take the helm at our Moncton store. If you're an Assistant Manager ready to run your own show, or a proven leader feeling stuck in your current role, this is your chance to build something great.

  • Be the Leader: You will have Full P&L responsibility with genuine decision-making authority. Make key decisions and work directly with the company owners.
  • Uncapped Earning Potential: Earn a competitive base salary ($65,000 - $80,000) plus a significant annual bonus equals to 15% - 25% of the store net profit before tax, NO CAP. Your total compensation can realistically reach $85,000 - $120,000+.

  • Manage and motivate a team to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Drive sales, especially with business clients and contractor accounts.

  • Must Have Experience: 3-5 years in the flooring, tile, or building materials industry.
  • Local Network: Established relationships with contractors and builders in the Greater Moncton area.
  • Proven Leader: Experience in retail management and a strong track record in sales.

  • Bilingual (French/English) is a strong asset.
