As Store Manager, you’ll lead from the floor—driving sales through strong customer relationships, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll foster a positive, high-performing culture while aligning store operations with our mission and values. This role is ideal for a hands-on, people-first leader who enjoys being present, building teams, and contributing to a family-oriented business rooted in the community.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the store in alignment with company mission, vision, and values while fostering a respectful, inclusive, and motivating workplace
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and the local community
- Drive sales growth and margins by identifying opportunities, coaching the team, and leading by example on the floor
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, including resolving escalated concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team through clear expectations, coaching, and ongoing training
- Support HR processes including recruitment, documentation, and performance management
- Develop current and future leaders through mentorship and continuous learning
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and legislative requirements
- Promote a culture of safety, wellness, and accountability, including incident response
Leadership & Operations
- Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, payroll accuracy, purchasing, expense control, and reporting
- Maintain operational, merchandising, cash handling, inventory, and ordering standards in line with company policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing performance management through coaching, feedback, and accountability conversations
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with buyers, vendors, and other branches to meet customer demand
- Execute a local market strategy aligned with corporate goals and community needs
- Coordinate with external vendors to maintain a safe, clean, and professional store environment
- Ensure consistent compliance with health and safety, operational, and reporting requirements
- Partner closely with the Director of Operations and participate in regular leadership meetings and calls
