CGI is seeking enthusiastic and talented students for our SAP Administrator Intern position for Winter 2026. As an intern, you will be supporting our team at the Global Delivery Center in Saguenay, contributing to delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Join the SAP support and administration team
• Provide support, perform maintenance, and optimize SAP systems
• Conduct technical analysis of client requirements
• Meet client deadlines
• Deploy solutions in line with client processes
• Maintain regular communication with clients (email/phone) to provide updates
• Analyze the impact of system changes
• Propose effective solutions to clients
• Keep technical documentation up to date
• Continuously train on new technologies and client needs
• Work collaboratively to share knowledge

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Must be a student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Your future duties and responsibilities (FR)

• Intégrer l’équipe de support et administration SAP;
• Faire le support, les activités de maintenance et l’optimisation des systèmes SAP;
• Effectuer l’analyse technique des besoins du client;
• Respecter les échéanciers du client;
• Déployer des solutions en respectant les processus du client;
• Communication régulière avec le client (courriel/téléphone) pour informer du cheminement;
• Analyse d’impacts de changement sur un système;
• Proposer des solutions efficaces aux clients;
• Tenir à jour la documentation technique;
• Se former continuellement sur de nouvelles technologies/besoins;
• Travailler en équipe pour partager ses connaissances;
• Aider à l’amélioration des techniques de travail;

Qualifications requises - Français

• Doit être un(e) étudiant(e) en informatique, génie logiciel ou dans un domaine connexe
• Intérêt et/ou expérience de travail avec la gestion des serveurs et infrastructure informatique (atout)
• Expérience dans un environnement de projet/opérations (atout)
• Connaissance des bases données et des systèmes d’exploitation (atout)
• Esprit d’équipe, habiletés analytiques pour la résolution de problèmes, autonomie et initiative
• Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est requis pour ce poste en raison de la nature du rôle nécessitant des interactions avec des clients nationaux et mondiaux.
