• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define product requirements and shape product functionality.
• Evangelize and champion the product roadmap and strategy to customers and internal teams.
• Assess enhancement requests and requirements against business needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with UX and engineering to build customer‑centric product offerings.
• Define go‑to‑market strategies and drive product feature adoption.
• Educate and engage with customers, prospects, partners, and employees.
